$1.50 per linear foot per month for month-to-month contracts. Pay Six months in advance and pay  ONLY $1.40/foot!  Premium spaces that are 12' wide available for an additional $5 per month surcharge. Dump station / City water use is free. We charge by the length of the vehicle hitch and/or tongue included, not the space.  Our minimum space fee is $32/month or $30/month for a six month pre-pay.   We can set up monthly billing with a credit card or check card.
